The schedule reflects the latest and most accurate information available at the time of publication. Artists, showtimes, and dates are subject to change. 

All tickets are non-refundable and credit will not be issued unless a performance has been canceled. In the event of a cancellation, ticket holders will receive a refund or credit voucher to be used for a future purchase.

Patrons who cannot or wish not to attend an event can donate their ticket so that a student at NWCC can attend the performance at no charge. Donated tickets will be redistributed at the discretion of the Heindl Center for the Performing Arts. Please contact the box office if you wish to donate your tickets.

Please use caution when purchasing tickets. The Heindl Center for the Performing Arts is the only authorized ticket seller for events at the venue and is not responsible for tickets purchased on third-party resale sites. Tickets purchased from a source other than the Heindl Center for the Performing Arts may be counterfeit or overpriced and will not be accepted for admission. Patrons also miss out on important pre-event details, changes, or cancelations, and box office agents are unable to resend order confirmations or reprint tickets if lost or misplaced. To avoid ticket scammers or problems with counterfeit tickets, please only purchase tickets through The Heindl Center for the Performing Arts box office or website.

Please note that we will hold any orders placed by suspected resellers and may require additional information before releasing any held orders. The Heindl Center for the Performing Arts reserves the right to cancel orders placed by suspected ticket resellers without compensation.

For tickets purchased directly from the Heindl Center website or through a box office agent, if you lose your tickets, we have you covered. Please visit or contact the box office, and an agent would be happy to help.

A valid photo ID is required for all will call tickets. If someone other than the purchaser is planning to pick up will call tickets, please contact the Box Office in advance of the event.

The Heindl Center for the Performing Arts welcomes groups to our venue. Groups of 10 or more receive a discount of 10% off the single-ticket price. Please contact the Box Office at 662-562-3478 for more details.

In the event that inclement weather forces an event to be canceled, information will be posted on our website and social media pages. We will make every effort to contact all affected ticket holders. If the event is still scheduled but inclement weather makes it unsafe or impossible for you to attend, please considering donating your ticket. All ticket donations need to be completed 1 business day before the event. Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled. 

Lobby doors typically open 1 hour before the advertised event time. Seating for performances begins 30 minutes before the advertised event time. Please allow more time if you’re unfamiliar with our facility, location, or if you wish to purchase concessions or merchandise before the show.

We plan to begin all events on time as notated on your ticket. Late arrivals will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager based on the specification of the performance company. 

Face coverings for patrons attending shows at the Heindl Center for the Performing Arts is not required but may be required at the request of the artist. Patrons should be aware that face covering protocols may vary from event to event.

Only trained service animals or service animals in training with identifiable vests will be allowed. Service animals must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times. If you will be attending an event with a service animal, please contact the Box Office in advance of the scheduled event.

Some events may contain mature themes, content, language, music, or lyrics. Only parents are qualified to determine what may or may not be appropriate for their children and or family. The Heindl Center team encourages parents to research additional information about the event, artist, or performance group.

All patrons, regardless of age, must have their own individual ticket for events. We recommend that infants and very young children remain at home unless attending an event specifically programmed for them. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Under no circumstances may children be left unattended. Children must be able to sit quietly in their own seats throughout the performance.

Cameras and recording devices of any kind are not permitted at the Heindl Center for the Performing Arts. Violators are subject to removal from the event and venue. Please remember to silence or turn off all cell phone and noise making devices before entering the auditorium. 

• Seating: Wheelchair spaces, companion seating, and easy-access seats are available on all levels of the venue. Please call or visit the box office to purchase these tickets and specify your accessibility needs. 
• Assistive Listening Device: If you require an assistive listening device, headsets are available at no charge. Please contact the box office venue prior to the date of the event so that our team can have it ready for you at the performance. 
• Parking: Accessible parking is available on site for those patrons with a valid handicap placard or license tag.

Parking is directed by NWCC Police Department and is free of charge across campus. Reserved parking is available for event sponsors. Accessible parking is available for those patrons with a valid handicap placard or license tag.

An elevator can be found in the lobby, which provides access to the Upper Orchestra and Balcony seating.

The possession or use of any dangerous or potentially dangerous weapon or instruments at any time is strictly prohibited, including concealed carry.

The unlawful manufacturing, distribution, dispensation, possession, or use of illicit drugs or alcohol by students, employees, and guests at any time is strictly prohibited. This policy extends to all visitors to the Heindl Center.

NWCC facilities, grounds, and vehicles are tobacco-free. This tobacco-free policy prohibits the use of all tobacco-derived or containing products and the use of electronic smoking devices. This policy applies to all visitors to the Heindl Center.

The Heindl Center recommends that all large bags, purses, totes, or backpacks remain at home. Clutches and purses should be no larger than 6.5” x 4.5” in size. Bags or totes should be no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” in size. All bags and purses larger than the allowable size are subject to search prior to entry.

The Heindl Center for the Performing Arts has a no re-entry policy for events. Once your ticket has been scanned for entry into the venue, exit and re-entry is not permitted. Please be sure to plan accordingly.
